Ho Wood Essential Oil, also known as Ravintsara, has recently been used as a replacement for Rosewood Essential Oil because of its similar chemical properties and applications.
Ho wood essential oil, also known as white camphor is generally extracted from the leaves of the Cinnamonum Camphora tree found in South East Asia.
It has mysterious mood enhancing properties. For example, it is said to be aphrodisiac. It is a natural anti-depressant and is considered to be emotionally uplifting and calming to the mind.

May cause breathing problems in young children.
High cineole content can cause CNS and breathing problems in young children – do not apply to or near the face of infants or children. Maximum dermal use level of 0.4% is recommended by the IFRA. Dilute before using. A patch test should be performed before use for those with sensitive skin.
