This extract has a confirmed 98% Chrysin. This is one of the main active ingredients in Passiflora incarnata.

The usual dose of Chrysin 98% would be 50-75 mg and the maximum recommended would be 600 mg per day.

Chrysin belongs to a class of chemicals called flavonoids. It occurs naturally in plants such as the passionflower, silver linden, and some geranium species; and in honey and bee propolis (glue).
