At Natural Alchemy we value our customers highly and want them to be totally satisfied with our products and service.

To guarantee your satisfaction, if you are not happy with anything you purchase from us, we will refund the full amount.

The conditions for a full refund are as follows:-

• To begin the process you must phone or email us and explain exactly why you are dissatisfied with the product.
• Before a refund is given we would like the opportunity to rectify the problem. Please allow us that opportunity.
• But of course if you are really not happy and we feel this is justified. We will process a full refund.
• If you are dissatisfied because what was supplied wasn’t exactly what you wanted, we ask that the item be returned to us at our cost. Once we receive the item back your refund will be processed.
